DESCRIPTION:Learning Outcome \nBy the end of the training course the learner will be able to control the operation of the ship and care for persons on board at the operational level by the application of resource management\, leadership and team working skills. \nIn this course we will explore a broad spectrum of the human condition and find out what makes us tick.
