This course covers the entire syllabus of the STCW Able Seafarer Deck Certificate Course – EDH – and is aimed at seafarers and prospective seafarers who through the lack of suitable valid sea-time and/or a watch-rating certificate can not qualify with a flag state approved certificate.

The candidate follow’s the full syllabus and exam. and on successful completion have learned all the skills and techniques taught on the STCW AB Deck Course. This gives the candidate and their prospective employer confidence that they will be a competent and safe addition to the crew and will have the opportunity to grow their knowledge with a view to attaining full STCW certification.
